the check in process was smooth with the kiosk. our room was ready and beautiful. i really loved the text option for anything needed such as extra towels. the variety of dining places was a great bonus to our stay.

the resort fee felt high. i received no water or special treatment for the extra charge. that fee was a third of the price of the suite.

the location was convenient for exploring. there were many dining options available.

the front desk service was slow and disorganized. i was told my room had a sphere view however, i discovered upon arrival that it overlooked a parking garage. also, the mini bar had a sensor system and i received a false charge. it created extra hassle at checkout.

The Canal shops offered very good options. The restaurants had quite a variety. The hotel is centrally located with a nice collection of restaurants. I found the staff attentive.

I stayed at the hotel to see the Sphere. It cost over $1488 total for two nights including all the taxes and fees. The hotel was a great location. The rooms need an upgrade. They don't have any mini fridges.
